Health OS is a personal health and training application operated by
Kerstin Lundgren. It is currently intended for personal use.

With the user's explicit authorization, Health OS may access information
provided through the WHOOP API, including profile information, workouts,
sleep, recovery, physiological cycles, heart rate, strain, and related
health and fitness metrics.

<h2>How the information is used</h2>

The information is used solely to analyse health, recovery, sleep,
training load, fitness development, nutrition, and athletic performance,
and to provide personalised training and recovery recommendations.

<h2>Data sharing</h2>

Personal information is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared
with unrelated third parties.

<h2>Data storage and processing</h2>
<p>
Data may be processed by services used to operate Health OS, including
authorised artificial intelligence and data-processing services. Only the
information required to provide the requested analysis and recommendations
is processed.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the
information. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be
guaranteed to be completely secure.

The user may revoke Health OS access through their WHOOP account settings.

services to process data. Use of WHOOP is also subject to WHOOP's own terms
and privacy practices.
